2

Ship and hand off without chaos

Saved cards autocharge for shipping. Labels buy themselves. Pickup day gets its own simple check-off screen with big photos.

3

Pay consignors without spreadsheets

Statements build themselves from your results. Consignors approve online and get paid. The math is always right.

THE PIPELINE top to bottom, one place

The whole auction, start to finish, in one place.

AfterHammer works with the Auction Ninja account you already have. Your listings and photos go in with one click. Your results and invoices come back with one click. Here is the whole flow, and you can see where every item sits in it, the whole time. The gold-numbered steps get a full walkthrough below.

01

Consignors sign on

Every consignor gets a login. Contracts are e-signed and stored right next to their commission terms.

02

Photograph & catalog into an auction

Shoot everything. Each item ties to its consignor and gets a lot number in your next sale.

03

Titles, written for you

Titles and descriptions generate automatically from the photos. You approve or edit each one.

05

The auction runs

On Auction Ninja, exactly like today. Your bidders notice nothing.

06

Pull everything back in

Import your sale results and the invoice PDFs. Every order created, every buyer matched. No retyping.

07

Orders route themselves: pickup or shipping

Set the auction default once (shipping only, local only, or pickup with limited shipping) and every order follows it. Flag the exceptions with one tap.

Pickup

Flows to its own Day Of pipeline: search the buyer, pass the paid gate, big photos, release.

Shipping

The saved card autocharges through Stripe. Enter box and weight on a big screen, and the EasyPost label buys itself, tracking email included. It even catches "I moved" emails first.

08

Pay your consignors

Statements draft themselves, lock when sent, and go out for e-signature. Nobody gets paid twice, nobody gets missed.

Sound familiar?

The portal shows you your business. It just won't let you run it.

Every screen below is real life for an Auction Ninja seller. None of it connects to anything.

Orders

The only export is a PDF, one auction at a time.

No spreadsheet. No full order list. No way to pull every unpaid order. If you want your sales data in a form you can actually use, you retype it. Every week.

Clients

Thousands of clients, buyers and consignors in one pile.

No division between who buys and who consigns. Pulling one consignor's history means searching their name by hand, then digging through a sidebar. One at a time. Every time.

Messages

An inbox of contact forms, frozen in time.

No threads. No link to the order or the person. Just rows of "Open" and "Resolved" and a prayer that you remember the context.

Everything else

So the real system becomes spreadsheets.

Payouts in Excel. Pickup lists in Word. Consignor terms in your head. The business that runs your auctions lives in a Dropbox folder.

You are not disorganized. Your tools are.

STEP 01 for your consignors

Your consignors stop calling to ask.

Every consignor gets a login to a portal wearing your brand, not ours. Their items, their statements, their money, live and honest. The transparency does the client service for you.

  • Have a website? The portal lives at my.yourauctionhouse.com, your domain, your colors, your name on the door
  • They see their items move: received, listed, sold, paid, in real time
  • They approve statements online, with a legal e-signature, from their phone
  • They see sold-but-unpaid lots too, so "why is my check smaller" answers itself
STEP 03 Automatic cataloging

Photograph the lot. The title writes itself.

Point a camera at anything: a dresser, a coin, a graded slab, a sealed box, a painting. The listing title generates itself, in your house style. You approve, fix, or rewrite on a review queue built for two hands on a keyboard.

  • Titles generated from photos, in your exact format, with your exact conventions
  • One click sends everything into your Auction Ninja sale, with warnings before the portal cuts a title short
  • Every photo goes with it, renamed to lot order, automatically
  • A 300-lot auction catalogs in an afternoon, not a week of typing
STEP 07 Fulfillment

Pick up or pack up. Same screen, same big photos.

Whether the buyer is standing at your door or five states away, you work one simple screen: every item, huge, front and back, confirmed one by one. Nothing leaves wrong.

  • Auctions set the routing default, shipping only, local only, or mixed; exceptions flagged with one tap
  • Shipping autocharges the saved card through Stripe, no invoicing, no chasing, no card-by-card
  • Enter the box and weight, and the EasyPost label buys itself, tracking email included
  • Pickup gets Day Of mode, paid gate, big front and back photos, tap-through release

STEP 08 Consignor payouts

The payout math you do at midnight, done for you.

Paste your auction results once. AfterHammer matches every lot to its consignor, applies each person's commission terms, and drafts every statement. The parts that burn you are handled by design.

  • Statements lock when sent, so nothing shifts under a number a consignor already saw
  • Buyer didn't pay? The lot is excluded, and your consignor sees exactly why, in writing
  • Late payments roll into supplemental statements, automatically, without double-paying anyone
  • Consignors review, approve, and e-sign online, then get the branded PDF by email

Questions

Fair questions, straight answers.

Does this replace Auction Ninja?
No, and it isn't trying to. Your auctions, your bidders, and your buyer payments stay on Auction Ninja exactly as they are today. AfterHammer handles everything around the auction: cataloging in, results out, and all the money and fulfillment work in between.
We're pickup-only. Is this built for us?
Yes. Pickup-first is the default posture: Day Of mode, location pull sheets, paid gates, and abandoned-lot handling. Shipping is there when you want it, per lot or per auction, including a shipping-only auction switch for houses that mail everything.
Buyers pay before pickup. What if someone pays cash at the door?
Almost nobody does, which is why the cash override is off by default. If your house needs it, flip it on and unpaid orders get a deliberate manual-payment path that stamps who took what, when, and how much. An accountability trail, not a cash register.
Is my data private?
Completely. Your data is confidential and safe, and it will never be bought, sold, or shared, ever. Every house runs on its own private, isolated system with its own logins. And it stays yours: everything downloads to Excel whenever you want, orders, consignors, payouts, items, history, all of it.
What do my consignors see?
A portal with your name and your colors on it. Their items, their statements, their payment status, and an approval flow with a proper e-signature. You decide what to send and when; the transparency does the rest.
Who built this?
An Auction Ninja seller. AfterHammer is a product of DGW Collectibles, Inc., the company behind a seven-figure Auction Ninja house running weekly sales in New York. We built it for our own auctions first, by the person doing the payouts at midnight. Every feature exists because the spreadsheet version of it finally broke.
Early access

Run the whole house from one place.

Founding spots are limited to the number of houses we can onboard personally. If the portal is where your patience goes to die, come see the other side.

No demo-call gauntlet. You'll hear back from the founder.
