The buyer walks in, and the desk checks them in. Type a few letters of their name, or three digits of their phone, and click Check in. The back room pulls. A runner taps Next up on their phone and gets the right order: buyers standing at the desk first, longest wait first, then appointments, then everyone else. Opening an order claims it, so two runners never pull the same one, and Take over picks up where someone left off. They find each item by its photo and tap it as it comes off the shelf.
Ready at a spot. Set the pile down and tap where it is, Bay 2 or Table A. The desk row turns green with the spot on it, the TV board shows it in big letters, and the buyer can get a text that it is ready. No refresh, no radio.
The desk hands off. Open the green row and check their ID against the address and phone on the order. Unpaid? Record cash, card, or other, and the release unlocks. Someone else collecting? Type the name on their ID. Not everything fits in the car? Hand over what leaves now and book when they are coming back for the rest.
Release, in one click. It records who released what, to whom, and when, with 10 seconds of Undo instead of a pop-up. For a big or valuable order, Item by item walks it one full-screen photo at a time with the buyer watching, then opens the next buyer.
Everything around it. The Schedule view runs appointments by the clock, flags who is late, and moves a booking in one click. The Board on a TV shows who is waiting and whose order is ready where, with names cut to first name and last initial if the room is public. Ship instead moves an order to the Shipping Desk, with shipping collected at the door or billed later. Every action lands in the activity record with the staff member's name.
